Day 1: Johannesburg Arrival
Touch down in Johannesburg, South Africa’s bustling “City of Gold.” After transfer to your hotel, enjoy the city’s unique energy with its markets, local cuisine at Yeoville Food Market, breweries, jazz clubs, and museums that reflect its rich and complex history.
Day 2: Journey to Pilanesberg Safari
Travel to Pilanesberg National Park, a malaria-free wildlife reserve located in an ancient volcanic crater. Settle into your lodge and begin your first afternoon game drive in search of Africa’s legendary Big Five.
Days 3–4: Pilanesberg Game Drives
Spend two full days immersed in wildlife adventures. Join daily open-vehicle game drives and guided bush walks to spot elephants, lions, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo, along with giraffes, zebras, and over 300 bird species.
Day 5: Travel to Victoria Falls & Sunset Zambezi Cruise
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Livingstone, Zambia. Upon arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel near Victoria Falls, one of the world’s largest and most awe-inspiring waterfalls. At approximately 4:00 PM, board the Lady Livingstone or similar luxury vessel for a serene sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where you’ll spot local wildlife and enjoy the golden African dusk.
Day 6: Explore Victoria Falls (Zambia & Zimbabwe)
Visit Victoria Falls on both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides with a guided walking tour. Experience the awe-inspiring scale and power of one of the world’s largest waterfalls, before enjoying a free afternoon.
Day 7: Fly to Cape Town
Transfer to Livingstone Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure
Day 8: Cape Peninsula Full-Day Tour
Depart at 08:20 AM for a full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Travel along the dramatic Chapman’s Peak Drive and stop at scenic lookouts. Visit Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet, and observe native wildlife like baboons and mountain zebra. Continue to Simon’s Town to see the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach—one of the few places you can get up close to this endangered species. Return to Cape Town around 6:00 PM.
Day 9: Cape Town City Tour & Township Cultural Experience
Start with a half-day guided tour of Cape Town's central historic sites. Visit the Castle of Good Hope, Bo Kaap, Green Market Square, the South African Museum, and the peaceful Company Gardens. After some rest, you'll be picked up at 6:30 PM for an eye-opening township evening tour in Langa. Experience traditional dance, local foods, shebeens (informal pubs), and learn firsthand about the local philosophy of Ubuntu—a spirit of unity, compassion, and humanity.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your outbound flight, ending an unforgettable African adventure across city, safari, and natural wonder.
