Description
The day starts with hotel pickup and a short transfer to the Batoka Gorge rafting launch point. After a safety briefing and gear fitting, experience 12–13 kilometers of challenging rapids, including Stairway to Heaven, The Mother, and Terminator, guided by experienced instructors.
Following the rafting, take a break before embarking on a game drive through Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. This includes a rare opportunity to walk with armed rangers as you track endangered white rhinos on foot, along with viewing other wildlife such as elephants and giraffes.

Important Information
- Not suitable for: Pregnant women, people with heart, back, or neck conditions, those with limited mobility, children under 15, or anyone unable to hike in and out of the gorge.
- What to bring: Swimwear or quick-dry clothing, secure water shoes (no flip-flops), sunscreen, hat, sunglasses with strap, towel, change of clothes, walking shoes for the rhino walk, a small daypack, and extra cash or card for park fees and souvenirs.
- Pickup info: Pickup is included from most Livingstone town accommodations. Provide your hotel name and WhatsApp number at booking. Pickup is between 07:30 and 08:00. Extra fees may apply for locations outside town.
- Additional notes: A signed waiver is required for rafting. Full liability insurance is included, but personal travel insurance is recommended. Photos and videos are available for purchase.
