Just outside Livingstone, Mukuni Village is home to the Toka-Leya people and their chief, Chief Mukuni. On this guided tour, you'll see how village life works today: how families live, how homes are built, and how traditions are kept alive. A guide from the village shows you around, including family homes, the grounds of the chief's palace, and the craft market, where you can buy carvings and baskets directly from local artists. Your visit supports the Mukuni community directly. Feel free to take photos around the village; please just ask before photographing people.
