Description
The journey begins with a transfer from Victoria Falls to Kasane, Botswana, followed by a three-hour morning boat safari on the Chobe River. Expect to see hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of birdlife along the riverbanks.
After the boat safari, enjoy lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive in Chobe National Park. The drive lasts until approximately 5 pm when you return to camp for welcome snacks.
Days start early at 5 am with a light continental breakfast, followed by an early morning game drive focusing on spotting big cats, which are more active at this time. Return to camp mid-morning for a bush brunch, then spend the afternoon relaxing at camp.
At 3 pm, head out on a different game drive route to spot additional wildlife, returning by 6 pm for dinner. Evenings provide time to reflect on the day’s sightings and share stories with fellow travelers.
The safari concludes with a final early morning 4-hour game drive at 5 am to catch any missed sightings. After breakfast at camp, pack up and exit the park, returning to Victoria Falls via the Kazungula border post, aiming to be at the hotel by 3 pm.
